Razia Sultana, a Rohingya lawyer and human rights advocate, was on the Hill on Thursday to call on Canada to push for the designation of a safe zone in Myanmar, where women  won’t have to live under the fear or threat of violence. Female foreign ministers are set to meet in Montreal on Friday to discuss a range of issues affecting women, including gender-based violence and international security.
